I live in Cooper City, Florida (Ft.Lauderdale)
I am retired. Just got into "real" cooking. Favorite things: cats, birds, DIY projects; ie: plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, the whole schmear.
I love taking cruises, especially to remote locations.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish is my own potatoe salad (it's to die for) but I don't measure I seem to make different amounts every time.
My favorite cookbook??? Who needs a cookbook when we have RecipeZaar?!?
My favorite restaurant is either Commanders Palace in New Orleans, or Louie's Back Yard, Key West.
But my favorite place to eat...moi mason.
