about me

I am a full time working mother of four, 2 daughters and twin sons. I am a stay at home Mom, with the twins at home full time, and my two girls in school. I am also a full time student at the local Community College. I have a very busy life, but when I do get a chance to relax, I like to read, watch TV, garden, cook, and shop. My kids and husband are the center of my world, with my extended family and my dear friends a very close second. I am happiest when I am with my family and friends.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to make is white chocolate cheesecake, but I only make it on special occasions (like Thanksgiving). My husband always requests my parmesan fried chicken and my smothered pork chops. I make those two dishes at least once a month! My favorite weekday meal is spaghetti...it's easy, filling, and tasty! I also love to make cakes for my family and friends for their birthdays and fudge for Christmas. I love all types of food!
