about me

I love cooking, cooking shows, cooking web sites. I don't think i would want to be a chef I just love cooking for myself. My big thing is recipe modification. I will always change a recipe that I cook to try and get it just right.
I also love cocktails. I am not a huge drinker but, I love some of the flavours that can be created.

Favorite Foods:

I love any fish and seafood dishes. Although I am just a food lover full stop. I love certain chicken dishes but, I have a dislike for dry chicken. Our family dishes are freshly cooked mushrooms(picked from around home where they grow), yeast cake, rocky road slice(I will never post that recipe) and also many kinds of homemade buscuits.
