about me

I am a good ol' southern cooking, try anything, make anything, great-looking (LOL), Florida Realtor with no boundries when it comes to eating or cooking. I have been trying recipes on here and I guess it is only fair that I put a few of my own in the mix, as reluctant as I am about sharing my recipes. I had two of the best grandmothers teach me all about cooking and I have learned some of the best secrets. Everybody wants me to open a resturant, but I like to cook for fun not as a chore.

I love cooking for crowds and parties, I love rock n roll, beer and wine, and getting people to try things they would never think of eating and 99% of the time, my way they love.

Favorite Foods:

Anything seafood, soul food, spicy, garlicy,(is that a word), grilled and just about every type of sushi. My "Famous" dishes include Guiness Chili, Sweet Meatloaf, and yes, Smoked Mullet!!!! Three recipes of which I dont think I can share just yet!!!
