I live in the apple capital of the world. It's beautiful and we have four fabulous seasons. I love to cook and have been since I was 5. I am a fan of the Southern Living Cookbooks. I am a substitute teacher and enjoy spending time with kids eventhough I have none of my own yet. I think my new passion is spending time on this web-site. I love it, the recipes, and the people who contribute to it!

I love to cook any thing that people will enjoy! I think that my favorite dish to make is Chicken con Rajas. It's my dad' favorite.
