I'm a stay at home mum with lots of interests such as reading, exercise, walking, gardening, sewing, knitting, cryptic crosswords and sudoku....but my greatest love is cooking and trying new recipes. I love to bake anything, particularly since getting my bench top oven for a Christmas present last year. Everything it cooks tastes absolutely scrumptious and non-greasy. Roasts and steaks almost melt in your mouth. My husband has and insatiable appetite for all things baked so the bench top oven is an absolute life saver as well as time saver in our household.

Favorite Foods:

Dry-baked potatoes, sweet potato & pumpkin with Roast topside....chicken stir-fry with fried rice.....fettucine bolognaise.....lasagne.....beef canneloni.....barbecued teriyaki rib fillet.....toasted cheese, tomato, onion & capsicum sandwiches.....mini pizzas.
