What can I say?? I love food, both eating it and making it. I always tell people, if the recipe exists, I can make it, and even if it doesn't I can still try. I love trying out new recipes. My relatives are my guinea pigs and I haven't poisoned anyone, yet. My two biggest passions are cooking and reading, especially romance novels. I've got to say I own somewhere around 500, but the number may have gone up. I'm currently stuck in the Quad Cities, but longing to go home to my beautiful San Diego. Cooking and reading are the two things keeping me sane here.

All types of cheese, especially love Brie, Feta (the stinkier the better), queso Oaxaca, and Extra sharp cheddar.
