about me

I'm semi-retired and live right smack in the middle of the high desert! Tiny town with no where really to eat out, so I cook 99% of the time.
I love to spend my time reading, cooking, quilting, sewing, taking pictures and spending time with good friends. I have a few retired racing greyhounds who have my heart wrapped around their paws.

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican food, and I live about 40-50 miles north of the border, so finding ingredients for real Mexican food is easy!

I came from a German home, and my Mom was one heck of a fantabulous cook, so I love German foods and esp. their pastries. Love cooking German too.
