I live in Western New York. I take online courses to become a medical coder. I love surfing the Internet and looking for new and exciting recipes. I actually have a closet full of recipes in my bedroom, that I have been collecting throughout the years. I love the "Taste of Home" magazine's and I have several different kinds of cook books. Looking at recipes, is actually a stress reliever for me. I have a condition OCD-- ha,ha. My passions in life are baking and cooking for others. I get thrilled to know that I have made something good and that my food is delish'. I would love to start my own bakery/and or coffee shop.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are bakery style white cake with white butter cream frosting, pizza, Chinese food, Mexican food, pancakes, cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls.
