about me

I am a full-time wife to a wonderful husband and mother of four beautiful daughters. I love to cook and bake which is always well-received by my family. I also love to read anything: cookbooks, novels, biographies, whatever I can get my hands on. If I had a month off to do anything I wanted, I would write the book I have been thinking about for the last ten years!

Favorite Foods:

My favourite dishes to cook are "comfort foods" like meatloaf, spaghetti, chili, etc. I also like making desserts, especially candy or squares. I love going out to eat with my husband...I don't care where we go as long as I don't have to cut up anyone's meat for them ! My favourite foods? Mashed potatoes with garlic and butter, any seafood, any kind of chicken...I could go on and on and on!
