about me

I love to cook. I have a brochure listing baked goods that I prepare for sale. I also prepare stews, casseroles and cajun items upon request. I regularly check websites for new recipes and include them in my weekly menu plan. I also love reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with my family. My family, in-laws and co-workers usually call on me for goodies or recipes.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite dish to cook is jambalaya and spaghetti. I love the spell that fills the house. My family loves my broccoli-cheese casserole and Wake-up breakfast casserole. I have several of my grandmothers' recipes; including a recipe for Martha Washington balls that I have taken over making. They are quite time-consuming so they are usually for special occasions.
