Married (11 yrs) mom of two, Cole 4 and half, Montana 2 and half. Stay at home and some p/t work. Country girl, horse owner, loves camping and all outdoor activities. Loves to find great recipes that are good for you, healthy and taste great. Garden grower, enough vegi's to sustain us a year. Raise my own beef and chickens and soon my own pork.

Just about all vegetables and fruits. Not a picky eater. Once in a while I love to get a Garlic Shrimp with rice and vegi's w/ egg roll and egg drop soup at this awesome little joint we have 20 miles nearby! That's a treat for me!
