I live in Cheyenne Wyoming and manage a medical clinic. I'm so busy during the week that I've dedicated Sundays for trying new recipes. Even though there are only two of us in the household now I make the whole recipe so we have leftovers for lunch...which is ok if the recipe works!

Favorite Foods:

One of my family's favorite dishes is chicken livers with onions. It has become a "test" of sorts...trying it on visitors (i.e., my daughters' boyfriends) to see how they'll fit in the family {snicker}. Amazingly I have found only one couple who came to dinner specifically for liver and onions! My favorite restaurant is Salsa Brava in Flagstaff Arizona...I always order the Burro Grande (pork, green sauce), mmmmmmmm.
