about me

I am a market gardener so I always have good food around. I am forever looking for recipes to share with my customers about how to cook my home grown veggies. It just seems to go together, good fresh food and I love to eat.

This is actually my favorite cookbook. I can find anything I need without going through the many books I have, and I can get helpful hints from other people who have already made it. I have yet to run into a recipe I hated.

I love salmon. I have cooked it so many times and always a new recipe.
