Most important to me is my relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I love to cook, and for the first time in about 7 years, we finally have a kitchen big enough to accomodate my hobby!! I'll always appreciate my Army wife friends who made me realize that I do enjoy cooking. I also enjoy entertaining, and kitchen is where we all usually find ourselves. My favorite dessert cookbook is The Cake Mix Dr. and its companion the Chocolate Cake Mix Dr. I have two kids. One likes plain vanilla, or maybe with chocolate sauce; one will come running when he hears the mixer and he's game for anything clinging to the beater! According to my husband, there are no cookies except chocolate chip cookies. My daughter agrees, and though they are my son's favorite, he still likes others as well. I am a full time domestic engineer with aspirations of being a Christian writer. I workout 2-4 days a week, and though I have an undeniable sweet tooth, I usually do the whole healthy, low fat, dinner thing. I believe in Christ, family, and freedom. Thanks for looking me up!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are pastas, I can't do mornings without coffee, and in my opinion, the Germans have the best beer and the Austrians have the best coffee. My favorite restaurant is Ojeda's, a local, family owned Mexican food place, and second is Ivy's a local Cajun food restaurant. I'm not necessarily famous for making any one particular dish, but I am known for always having something made. Thanksgiving is always at my house, and I've been handed the greatest compliment: My family and my husbands family not only get along wonderfully on that holiday, but both look forward to it all year.
