Most of all, I am Me! I am a 38 y o born again bachelor. Some call that divorced. I have two wonderful kids, Reid, 10, and Randi, 5 AND A HALF. I just got back from a two-year tour in Korea and I am so glad to be back in the States. I enjoy most outdoor sports, boating, fishing, gardening, and running. TWoolfe is my self-proclaimed mentor.

Favorite Foods:

I tend to cook things that are lower in fat content. I almost never cook with fat unless I have to. I'm not a health nut. I just don't want to become a Lipitor addict!

I enjoy entertaining. I enjoy cooking "down home" or comfort foods as well as seafood. I'm trying to expand into more elegant dishes just so I have more "flair"! Plus, as is my motivation for lots of things, chics dig gourmet cooks.
