I'm a young wife and mother. I currently work in an Emergency Room at a local hospital. I love to spend time with my family at church and around the dinner table. I really love cooking and eating, but the clean up.....AGHHHH!

Favorite Foods:

I really love to cook what I love to eat. My husband frequently requests my pasta dishes, whether italian or mexican or seafood/cajun. My family loves my enchiladas and my bread bowl dips. When I eat out I tend to request cajun or mexican. My favorite resturant of all time is Red Bean's Bayou Grill in Wichita, KS. If my daughter gets to choose we end up at Cici's Pizza or Texas Roadhouse. (She's 7!) My son, who is 1 loves nothing better than a McDonald's cheeseburger!!!
