about me

I am a 31 year old mother and wife. I have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful husband. We live on the Mississippi
Gulf Coast, which is always growing. It has made some remarkable progress in the last 10 years!

*This was written before Hurricane Katrina, so things have changed. Our house was damaged, and we lived in a Fema Camper for 18 months-waiting for Insurance. We are now back in our house, and so happy!!!

Favorite Foods:

I absolutely love chinese food. I CANNOT cook it, so I have to eat out at least once a week. My favorite restaurant is Choi's Buffet in nearby Ocean Springs.
Gumbo has to be my all time favorite food. My mom can make a KILLER Gumbo, with chicken and seafood.
