I am a professional woman with three boys. My husband has Celiac and my middle child has a dairy allergy. I'm not into eating much meat (fish and chicken are okay).

Baking has always been my primary joy in the kitchen, but I enjoy the challenges of cooking gluten free because I have to make everything from scratch.
