My all time favorite cookbook is The Barbeque Bible. I really enjoy cooking with the BBQ or smoker. I prepare most of the dinners for our family and holidays. My favorite TV channel is Food TV. I don't do much baking, but spend lots of time in the kitchen.

If I had a month off and could do whatever I wanted... I would spend the entire month hunting and fishing!

Favorite Foods:

Among my family and friends I am known as both a hunter and a cook. Dishes I am famous for in our family are pasta carbonara, beef broccoli stir-fry, smoked salmon, country fried steak and gravy, venison chili, grilled steaks, and teriyaki chicken wings.

My favorite restaurant is West Bros. BBQ.
