I love to cook and love to eat, but only GOOD food. Good old country cooking, Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern, Asian, German. Everything! As long as it is prepared well and tastes good. My family also loves to try everything. All the children are grown and gone, but when they visit they are up for almost anything! Of course, my husband loves to try out all my new recipes to make sure they are worthy of the rest of our brood.

Homemade pork green chili stew (my famous and published recipe), homemade pizza, homemade everything!
Do you notice a theme here? Stir fry, spaghetti sauce, meatballs, rouladen, bread, biscuits, pancakes. But all HOMEMADE! A few shortcuts are acceptable.
