I am a mother of three who just began staying at home instead of working outside the home. I was a teacher/administrator before this year. I enjoy reading and exercising, and hanging out with my family. If I had a month off from responsibilities, I would spend it on a secluded carribean island.

My favorite dish to cook is chili.
I am famous for making caramel brownies.
My favorite restaurant is Olive Garden for the Black Tie CHeesecake. My husband and I used to work there.
