about me

I'm the chef of the house, with an equal interest in baking and cooking. I'm Filipino, so i tend to prefer asian cuisine for my weekday meals. Weekends i tend to be more daring.

I use all methods to prepare my food: slow cooker, bbq, air convection oven (turbo), etc.

I select my recipes based on what is in season, what's on sale, what's in the pantry or what my taste buds crave.
