about me

I live in Northeastern Indiana. I have a fiance', 1 daughter, and 1 son and a shih tzu, as well as tropical fish! I am a stay at home mom and enjoy cooking lots of food in winter when it's not so hot in the kitchen! Also, I have about 100 cookbooks and am always on the lookout for more! I love reading books, Patricia Cornwell is my favorite author. I also enjoy music, forums on the net, chatting with online friends, and playing PS2.

Favorite Foods:

I don't really have a favorite dish to cook. My specialty would have to be my homemade barbecue sauce. I make it from scratch and never measure anything. Also the ingredients change depending on what I have available in the spice cabinet and refrigerator so making a recipe would be impossible.
