I'm a graduate student in biochemistry with an unemployed husband who (unfortunately) hates to cook. For financial and health reasons, we've decided to eat less convenience and restaurant food than we used to, so I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes made from inexpensive ingredients.

My interests include: video games, football, movies based on comic books, fancy goldfish, health and fitness, science fiction, and lingerie.

Favorite Foods:

I adore my crock pot. =] My best recipes all seem to contain beans, ground beef or poultry, or tomatoes (or all 3 — like chili!).
