Carboloader, Allergic to shellfish, NOT a seafood eater, baker wannabe (stopped baking many years ago). I love browsing cookbooks and I am truly a sucker for kitchen gadgets (though i don't buy a lot of them because i have a tiny kitchen). I am very lucky to have a husband who isn't a picky eater and our deal is as long as I can eat what I cook, he'll eat it...

Favorite Foods:

I absolutely looooooove carbs --pasta, bread and potatoes. I love Italian, Chinese and Filipino food. I don't have a sweet tooth and only deep dark chocolate cake will make me melt for dessert. I am crazy about mint chocolate ice cream.
