Meatballs (Made With Oatmeal)

Versatile, delicious meatballs. Edited to suit my family's tastes.

SERVES 2 -6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

I often add a pinch or so of the following for more of an Italian style meatball

  • oregano, Basil, Parsley, garlic powder

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. 2
    In a medium or large bowl knead together all ingredients. Form into decent size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on outside. (Baking time may vary for your oven!).
