My grandpa's recipe for a matza and eggs pie.

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 Pie (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 4 matzos
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper

Directions

  1. 1
Brake Matzas into crude pieces (about 1 inch each) and soak in a bowl of water until Matzas are soft (but not soggy).
  2. 2
Filter water out and put Matzas in a deep pan. Adds eggs, milk, salt. Mix carefully so Matza's don't break.
  3. 3
Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes on each side. Flip with the help of a large plate.
