SERVES 2 , 2 drinks (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 small papaya (about 1 1/4 pounds, halved and seeded)
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 inches piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ice, for blending

Directions

  1. 1
    Scoop papaya flesh into a blender jar.
  2. 2
    Add orange and lime juices, ginger, honey, and ice cubes.
  3. 3
    Blend until combined.
  4. 4
    Divide between 2 glasses; serve immediately.

Refreshing and thick and creamy - this is really good! I halved the recipe, didn't use a lot of fresh ginger and about 6 ice cubes. The lime really gives it a nice punch. Made for Holiday Tag. Thanks!
