A Salad with Strawberries and Blue Cheese

SERVES 4 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Prepare the Strawberries the day before by hulling and slicing them in two pieces.
  2. 2
    Sprinkle them with the Splenda and stir to cover all pieces without breaking them up, cover and refrigerate.
  3. 3
    Shred the two types of lettuce and toss them together.
  4. 4
    Spread the lettuce on plates.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle the lettuce with the Gorgonzola and some of the salad dressing.
  6. 6
    Place the Strawberries on the lettuce and add a little more dressing to taste.
  7. 7
    Serve as a starter or a main course.
