Mango Chutney

An easy chutney to make in the microwave. Both sweet and spicy great with pork or chicken.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Peel and seed the mangoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

    Combine with the other ingredients in a deep 2 quart microwave safe dish. Mix well.

    Cook on high for 6 minutes.

    Cool, cover and refridgerate.
