Mama's Meatloaf Shared by Mammie

Recipe #398317 | 2 hours | 20 min prep | add private note

Nov 8, 2009

My mother (from Arkansas) was an excellent cook, Everyone that ate her food made that statement. I have made this myself for over 40 years & everyone gobbles it up. Please try it first without changing ingredients. Then if you like switch it around to suit your taste. People that don't care for bell peppers even love this. I like to have mashed potatoes & gravy made from the drippings with it. If there's leftovers it makes great sandwiches.
