Maced Sole Filets

Recipe #382011 | 35 min | 20 min prep | add private note

By: Frazz
Jul 19, 2009

This is a recipe I made up myself. I had little time, a couple of sole filets and shelves full of spices. I opted for mace, as it has a delicate flavour. If you happen to have long pepper, you can use that instead of black pepper. You may want to cook the filets less than 15 minutes, depending on how thick they are. Don't turn them too much, as they will fall apart. Definitely a keeper.
