This is my mom's "recipe." I use that term loosely because she just throws it together, without measuring. So, be careful, these measurements are only estimates! I like my salad moist, so I usually end up adding a bit more mayo. Also, this is always better after it sits, so it's a good idea to make it a day ahead.
