My grandfather was raised as a Minnonite, so we have a lot of old traditions and this in one of them. When we butcher our beef, we cut it ourselves and we make chunk meat from it. This recipe calls for the chunk meat CharlotteJ's Raw Pack Beef #38214 and my Old South Cucumber Lime Pickles #377888. I know it is time consuming, but it is well worth it.
SERVES 12 -16 , 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 pint chunk meat, Recipe # 38214, drained
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime pickle, chopped
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pepper
Directions

In food processor combine all ingredients and process until well combined.2
Serve on bread.
