Lower Fat, Very Moist, Super Tasty!!

SERVES 12 , 2 loaves (change servings and units)

Ingredients

For Bread or Muffins

For (Optional) Crumb Topping

Directions

    For Bread or Muffins:.

    Mash bananas in a bowl.
  3. 3
    Add all other ingredients and mix well. Add Walnuts or dried fruit to taste if desired.

    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans a cake pan, or muffin pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes for loaf or cake pans and about 20 minutes for muffins, or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.

    For (Optional) Crumb Topping:.

    DIRECTIONS.

    1. In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar and flour. Mix in applesauce with a fork or stand mixer just until the topping is crumbly. Top your muffins or loaves before baking.
