Low Carb Creamy Jell-O

Rich, creamy Jell-o. A yummy, light dessert, made with low-carb, non-dairy coconut cream. I made this up myself. You can top this with whipped coconut cream, too.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Boil 2 cups of water and add to Jell-o.
  2. 2
    Stir at least 2 minutes to dissolve completely.
  3. 3
    In a blender, mix the rest of the ingredients.
  4. 4
    Add to the Jell-o. Mix well.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
