This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier.

SERVES 4 , 4 salads (change servings and units)

    Drain chilled lobster, and dice.
  2. 2
    Add the celery, mayonnaise, and sour cream and toss lightly. Add salt and paprika to taste.

    Line 4 small salad bowls with crisp salad greens. Pile salad in center and garnish with sliced ripe olives.
