I haven't tried this yet but I found this in "The Best of Mr. Food 15-Minute Recipes" magazine which my daughter gave me before we left for California. It sounded quick and yummy. For the sherry you can substitute chicken broth.

5 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Melt butter i a dutch oven over medium heat. Saute minced onion 1 minute or until tender. Add flour, stirring until blended. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
  2. 2
Gradually add milk and next 4 ingredients. Bring just to a simmer; cook, uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until slightly thickened (do not boil). Stir in lobster and chives.
