In Romania it's called Homemade Chocolate. It's easy and sometimes I change the quantities, especially if I want less sugar. I like it with less margarine but the recipe calls for 250 gr.My DD likes to decorate it with pistachios.

SERVES 9 , 9 squares (change servings and units)

Mde this almost a week ago & will probably make it again very soon, it's that good! Since I'm a big pistachio fan (grown right in my area!) I took your DD's tip & added them, along with a handful of raisins, to the mix! For this time at least I substituted a dash of vanilla extract for the vanilla sugar (& since the recipe didn't indicate what to do with it, I just added it to the fudge at the end when I included the nuts & raisins! OUTSTANDING FUDGE! [Taggd, made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe tag]
