Lisa's Hearty 8-Layer Salad

This was a recipe prepared for one of our annual cook-offs at the PRC. Courtesy of Lisa Maynard

SERVES 10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to directions; drain and rinse with cold water.

    Drizzle with oil; tossing to coat.
  3. 3
    Place lettuce in 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl.
  4. 4
    Place macaroni on top of lettuce.
  5. 5
    Place eggs on top of macaroni.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  7. 7
    Layer ham, salami and peas.
  8. 8
    Combine mayo, sour cream, green onions and mustard; spread over the top.
  9. 9
    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for several hours).
  10. 10
    Just prior to serving, top with cheese.
