Put a fancy umbrella in it to take yourself away to the tropics. Add some booze to make it a fancy frozen cocktail.

SERVES 2 , 2 smoothies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (or a mix of shredded coconut and cream of coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 dash allspice

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blended until fully blended.
