This buttery “type” spread was developed in 1979 by J.H. Filbert Inc. it was meant to be a lower costing alternative to butter. Made with sweet cream buttermilk, available in original, original spread, calcium enriched, spray and squeeze bottle. Found in most grocery stores where butter and other types of margarine are found.
