Serve this luscious Lemon Verbena dessert cream in pretty glasses, as is -or- layered with a homemade plum sorbet or accompanied with fresh fruits of the season! Very quick and easy to prepare.

1 1/2 cups cream (change servings and units)

    Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then add a few tablespoons of the lemon verbena syrup. Gradually add as much syrup as you can without deflating the cream.

    Gently fold in the freshly squeezed lemon juice, as desired.
  3. 3
    Serve the cream in dessert glasses, as is or layered with sorbet or fresh fruit. Garnish with fresh Lemon Verbena leaves.
