This recipe halves easily for two people, and the subtle lemon/garlic flavors make this an outstanding side dish for any occasion or entree. As GailAnn notes, it truly is universal. Anything this easy, tasty and attractive deserves five stars.

So happy to get another rice dish because we like it to be more interesting than plain boiled rice. My DH is really the rice eater, but I even had a little bit of this one. Great and reheats well.

This will be my standard rice side dish from now on. It disappeared rapidly with grilled shrimp. I, like other reviewers, left the garlic in, and I added some chopped parsley at the end. My chicken broth had some salt, so I didn't add more.
