Oh my.... these are so easy and delicious.
30 cookies
Ingredients
- 32 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Filling

1 (16 ounce) box powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons softened butter
- 4-5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 drops yellow food coloring
Directions

Prepare and bake sugar cookies as directed on package.2
Sprinkle with coarse sugar.3
Cool.4
Mix ingredients for filling and beat until smooth.5
Spread filling between 2 cookies and chill.
