This recipe is super healthy and even easier to make. I got this from a website and right now I cannot remember the site to save my life and I LOVE IT!!! This dish is best served with seasoned rice and vegetables.

SERVES 2 , 1 piece of fish (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb tilapia fillet (or 2 Fillets)
  • 1 lemon
  • capers

Directions

  1. 1
Heat nonstick skillet on med.-high heat.
  2. 2
    Salt and Pepper your fillers.
  3. 3
Saute your fish with fat free butter flavored cooking spray. I didn't have that on hand so I used just regular butter flavored cooking spray.
  4. 4
Squeeze Lemon juivce over the fish and add capers into the pan.
  5. 5
Cook until the fish is fully cooked.
