Lean(Er) Breakfast Casserole

A great alternative for the heavier Breakfast Casseroles.

SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Break up turkey sausage in skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. 2
    Place bread cubes in a lightly greased 9" X 13" baking pan.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle bread evenly with cheese, and top with sausage.
  4. 4
    Whisk together eggs, milk, sourcream, chives, onions, salt, pepper, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce and pour over bread mixture.

    Cover and chill overnight.
  6. 6
    Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
  7. 7
    Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until set.
  8. 8
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
