LOVED these! Saw the recipe come in late last night (perk of working here) and they looked perfect for breakfast today. LOVE the short ingredient list, had everything on hand and am now enjoying one with a cup of tea. My kids are about to plow into more with milk. Only change I made was to brush them with milk and sprinkle a little sugar on top before baking. Oh and I only made 8 (oops! we are having bigger ones) What a great, easy go to recipe, tx so much for posting!
