This is from Kolb's Restaurant in New Orleans, LA. It opened in 1899 and I think it closed in the 1990's. It's main specialty was German food. Kolb's history: http://www.geocities.com/twincousin2334/NO_Kolbs.html
SERVES 56 , 7 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups salad oil
- 2 cups creole mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. If desired increase or decrease mustard and/or sugar to taste.
